You haven't tried this yet! With a little bit of work you can get a hold of anything in print and read it. Make informed decisions and look for more information based what you read.

Well-Come to my Website about Norse Culture and Society - and life in 9th century Sweden.  It links to web-resources, various written material, and information about the Viking Ages of interest to SCA Members and Re-enactors.  This is about what most people call the 'Vikings' and in some places concentrates on a tribe known as the Svear.  Eventually other stuff might be included.

Just so you know, I'm interested in archaeological facts about Viking Age Scandinavia.  Off-beat modern notions and unsupportable theories are not entertained here.  I use the good 'ol scientific method and love to look up information in University Libraries.  Remember, religion and politics are still not good topics for conversation in polite society.
