Nothing is more fun than savoring a victory in the line of duty or in the service of our fair city. It was even more fun than ever before because the odds were stacked against our heroes. Times can be tough in a crisis and public confidence, all the reports tell us, was way down. Nevertheless, our heroes have overcome the depression and the Enemy. Our heroes have defeated the Enemy and completed their mission in good turn to the satisfaction of our leaders. But, they couldn't have done it without the support of the people. Together, we took a bad time and turned it around 180 degrees. There is no longer a need for distress in our city. We've put an end to the oppression of the Enemy. Our problems will start getting better, not worse. We can start a new era of peace and progress. Freedom and progress are naturally connected. As we advance and flourish evolving toward the ideal, economic progress will speed up. The citizens of our city, with their new latitude, will prosper. This is a time of liberation. This is a time of profit. This is a time of celebration!
